RELIABLE LOAD SECURING WITH SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS
At REGUPOL, sustainability and environmental protection are at the heart of our business strategy. We are actively committed to assuming ecological responsibility and minimizing our CO2 footprint. Our sustainable load securing products are a result of this commitment and offer you the opportunity to carry out your transportation safely and in an environmentally conscious manner.
The road to sustainability
At REGUPOL, we give end-of-life tires (ELT) a new lease of life. Instead of being disposed of unused, they are shredded in a careful recycling process. We transform the rubber granulate obtained into sustainable products for load securing. This rubber granulate forms the basis for our sustainable load securing products.
By including the tires in the recycling cycle, we protect valuable resources and actively act for a better environment. The tires are turned into high-performance products that not only meet the highest safety standards, but also make a positive contribution to the environment and health in the transport and logistics industry. Every recycled tire brings us closer to the goal of a more sustainable future. Our vision is clear:
"Doing business to continue to make our world a greener, safer and more liveable place."
We consume
million tons of tires per year in the EU
million tons of tires per year in the USA
million tons of tires per year worldwide
thousand tons of elastomers are recycled by us every year
SUSTAINABILITY WITH LETTER AND SEAL
At REGUPOL cargo mat, we focus on sustainability. Our company pursues a holistic sustainability strategy based on various certifications. Through our ISO certifications, we integrate quality, environmental, energy, occupational safety and health management into a common system. In addition, we implement the cradle-to-cradle principle by designing products to be recyclable throughout their entire life cycle. These efforts have resulted in all of our load securing products being awarded the “Cradle to Cradle Bronze Certified” label. We also use Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) to make the environmental footprint of our products transparent and comparable with others.
